New AirBnb Location Checkout time is generally 10-11AM Confirm on Airbnb Website.
Outside time! There's generally a few hours of wait time before the next airbnb Check-in.
Preperation: Wash ALL tablecloths!
Wednesday (Store Visit)
Team Lead: Visit each of the 3 stores, meet and chat with the CDS managers to get everything situated.
Enjoy the Day: Rest of the day is free time.
Thursday (Launch)
High Traffic Strategy: Focus on quick facts and closing sales.
Team Huddle: Quick sync with partners on goals/challenges.
Maintain Flow: Ensure high standards despite traffic volume.
Friday (High Volume)
Rotation: Rotate shifts and station duties with team to maintain alertness.
Versatility: Promote serving ideas for weekend parties and events.
End of Day: Secure all remaining products and equipment safely.
Saturday (The Big Push)
Max Energy: Keep enthusiasm high from open to close.
Focus: Prioritize bulk/multi-pack sales over single units.
Mid-Day Check: Verify cold storage levels are sufficient for the remainder of the weekend.
Sunday (Wrap Up)
Final Inventory: Conduct final count of sold/remaining products.
Tear Down: Fully dismantle booth and ensure site is immaculate.
Post-Event: Send final feedback and reports to management.
